Usage and Indications:
Sensodyne Repair & Protect Extra Fresh, Deep Repair, and Whitening toothpaste are formulated to address tooth sensitivity. Tooth sensitivity can occur when the sensitive dentine beneath your tooth enamel and gums becomes exposed, causing sharp, sudden pain when triggered by hot or cold, sweet or sour, or even your toothbrush. To combat this discomfort, use Sensodyne Repair & Protect Toothpaste regularly. With its unique calcium sodium phosphosilicate formulation, it helps repair sensitive areas using the natural building blocks of your teeth. For optimal results, brush your teeth twice a day, forming a protective layer over the sensitive areas of your teeth and providing lasting sensitivity protection. Plus, the fluoride content strengthens your teeth and leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh.
Active Ingredients:
The active ingredient in Sensodyne Repair & Protect Extra Fresh is NOVAMIN, while Sensodyne Repair & Protect Deep Repair contains stannous fluoride. Both work to build a protective layer over sensitive areas and prevent sensitivity tooth pain. Sensodyne Repair & Protect Whitening, on the other hand, features calcium sodium phosphosilicate (NOVAMIN) to achieve these benefits.
Dosage Instructions:
For adults and children 12 years of age and older:
- Apply at least a 1-inch strip of product onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
- Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor.
- Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth and minimize swallowing.
- Spit out after brushing.
