Usage and Indications:
Pharmacy Health Cold & Flu Relief PE Day + Night tablets provide temporary relief from a range of cold and flu symptoms, including nasal congestion, sinus pain, runny nose, headache, body aches, pains, and fever. The night tablets also offer relief from sneezing and watery eyes, promoting restful sleep.
Active Ingredients:
Each Day tablet contains Paracetamol 500 mg and Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg. Each Night tablet contains Paracetamol 500 mg, Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg, and Chlorphenamine maleate 2 mg. These potent active ingredients work together to combat various cold and flu symptoms effectively.
Dosage Instructions:
For adults and children aged 12 years and over, take 2 white Day tablets in the morning and afternoon if needed. Take 2 pink Night tablets at bedtime if required. If necessary, the dose can be repeated every 4-6 hours. It's important not to take the Night Tablets within 4 hours of consuming the Day Tablets. The recommended dosage should not exceed 6 Day Tablets and 2 Night Tablets within a 24-hour period. This product is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
Safety Precautions and Warnings:
Always adhere to the recommended dosage. Avoid extended usage for more than 48 hours (children and adolescents) or a few days (adults) without medical guidance. In the event of an overdose, contact the Poisons Information Centre or seek medical attention, even if you feel well, to mitigate the risk of potential liver damage.
Before using this product, consult a doctor or pharmacist if:
- You are using other products containing paracetamol.
- You are pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
- You have high blood pressure, heart issues, or are taking antidepressant medication.
This product may lead to sleeplessness. The night time medication can induce drowsiness. If affected, refrain from driving or operating machinery, and avoid alcohol consumption.
Storage and Shelf Life:
Store Pharmacy Health Cold & Flu Relief PE Day + Night tablets below 25°C. Do not use if the foil is broken.
