- Paracetamol 500 mg
- Metoclopramide 5 mg (as HCI)
Metomax capsules are sucrose, lactose, and gluten-free, making them suitable for a wide range of individuals.
Dosage Instructions:
- For Adults: Take one or two capsules initially at the first sign of a migraine attack. Repeat every 4 hours if necessary. Do not exceed 6 capsules in 24 hours.
- For Adolescents (12-17 years): Take one capsule initially and then one capsule every 4 hours if necessary. Do not exceed 3 capsules in 24 hours.

Safety Precautions and Warnings:
- Always adhere to the recommended dose and do not use this medicine for longer than a few days (for adults) or 48 hours (for adolescents) at a time, unless advised by your doctor.

- Do not take other products containing paracetamol unless advised by your doctor or pharmacist.
