Usage and Indications:
These lozenges are designed for temporary relief from a range of discomforts, including sore throats, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, mouth ulcers, swelling, redness, and inflammatory conditions. They are also suitable for managing pain following mouth or throat surgery, as well as dental procedures.
Active Ingredients:
Each lozenge contains a carefully crafted blend of active ingredients, including:
- Benzydamine hydrochloride: 3.0mg
- Lidocaine (Lignocaine) hydrochloride monohydrate: 4.0mg
- Dichlorobenzyl alcohol: 1.2mg
Dosage Instructions:
- Age: Adults and children aged 6 years & over
- Dosage: 1 lozenge
- Frequency: Every 2-3 hours as needed (maximum 12 lozenges per day)
- Slowly dissolve the lozenge in the mouth without chewing.
Safety Precautions and Warnings:
- Do not use if the blister seal is broken or if past the expiry date.
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use during pregnancy or if you are likely to become pregnant.
- Not recommended for children under 6 years.
- Due to the anaesthetic effect, avoid consuming food or drink immediately after using the lozenges.
