Each tablet contains the following active ingredients:
- Magnesium Hydroxide 400mg
- Aluminium Hydroxide-Dried 400mg

Dosage Instructions:
For adults and children over 12 years:
- How many: 1-2 tablets should be chewed after meals and half an hour before bed.
- How often: Take 3-4 tablets a day.
- Do not exceed 12 tablets per day unless directed by your doctor.
