- Herbal extract dry concentrate standardised:
- Valeriana officinalis (Bio-156) root 375 mg
- min. equiv. to dry 1.5 g
- std. to valerenic acid 1.13 mg
- Essential oil:
- Lavandula angustifolia (lavender oil) 2 mg

Dosage Instructions:
Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day, 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.
