Benzac AC High Strength 10% Acne Gel and Benzac AC Moderate Strength 5% Acne Gel are powerful acne treatments enriched with Benzoyl Peroxide. These targeted gels effectively clear blocked pores, eliminate acne-causing bacteria deep within the skin, and rehydrate your skin, leaving it soft and smooth.
Usage and Indications:
Benzac AC High Strength 10% Acne Gel unblocks pores and penetrates deep into the skin, reducing blackheads and whiteheads. It kills the acne-causing P. acnes bacteria while incorporating Glycerin to maintain skin hydration. Use it as the second step in your three-step acne-fighting skincare routine.
Benzac AC Moderate Strength 5% Acne Gel reduces blackheads and whiteheads by clearing pores and eliminating P. acnes bacteria deep within the skin. It contains 5% Benzoyl Peroxide, Glycerin, and Acrylates Copolymer technology to remove excess oils and rehydrate the skin. Apply it to affected areas as the second step in your acne-fighting routine.
Active Ingredients:
- Active: Benzoyl Peroxide 100 mg/g (High Strength) and 50 mg/g (Moderate Strength).
- Inactives: Docusate Sodium, Disodium Edetate, Poloxamer 182, Carbomer 940, Propylene Glycol, Acrylates Copolymer, Glycerol, Silicon Dioxide, and Purified Water. Sodium Hydroxide is added to adjust pH.
Dosage Instructions:
- For Benzac AC Moderate Strength 5% Acne Gel, use it as the second step in your acne treatment routine. Begin with cleansing and patting your skin dry. Apply a thin film of the gel once a day and leave it on for two hours. Rinse it off thoroughly with water, pat your skin dry, and follow with a light moisturizer. After three days, if there's no discomfort, apply in the evening and leave it overnight before washing off. After seven days, if there's no redness or peeling, and your condition hasn't improved, use it twice daily, morning and night.
- If you're not satisfied with the results, consider using a stronger gel (Benzac AC High Strength 10% Acne Gel). If your condition hasn't improved after one month, consult your Health Professional.
